الاتجاه السائد في البيئة العراقية نحو ممارسة التمرينات البدنية المتاحة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة للكشف عن المنصات الاجتماعية الاكثر استخداما من النساء والرجال في البيئة العراقية. واتجاهاتهم نحو متابعة الصفحات الخاصة بمحتوى اللياقة البدنية. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المسحي على عينة الدراسة التي تم اختيارها وفقا لشروط عينة الصدفة. وقد تم توزيع الاستبانة بشكل الكتروني على افراد العينة الذين وصل عددهم الى 225 فردا. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان الإنستغرام واليوتيوب هما الاكثر استخداما في البيئة المحلية لمشاهدة المحتوى الخاص باللياقة البدنية. كما اوصت الدراسة بضرورة استغلال اليوتيوب والإنستغرام لبث المحتوى باللغة المحلية ومراقبته من قبل لجان متخصصة تحدد الاسس العلمية والخبرات التي يجب ان يمتلكها صانع المحتوى كونها عامل موثر على الاتجاه النفسي.
