الملخص

تتمثل مشكلة البحث في محاولة استخدام التدريب الذهني غير المباشر (لمدة 3-5 دقائق قبل الأداء) في تنمية الذكاء الجسم-الحركي، والقدرات الحركية، وتعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بالكرة الطائرة والاحتفاظ بها. هدف البحث إلى معرفة الفروق في الاختبار البعدي والاحتفاظ بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة. استُخدم المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعات المتكافئة. تكون مجتمع البحث من لاعبي شباب نادي أربيل الرياضي (18 لاعباً) للموسم 2024-2025، واختيرت عينة قوامها 14 لاعباً بنسبة 77.77%، قسموا عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين: تجريبية (تدريب ذهني غير مباشر) وضابطة، بواقع 7 لاعبين لكل مجموعة. أظهرت النتائج فروقاً ذات دلالة معنوية بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي لمصلحة الاختبار البعدي والاحتفاظ في جميع المتغيرات. استنتج الباحثان فاعلية التدريب الذهني غير المباشر في تنمية الذكاء الجسم-الحركي، وتحسين الصفات الحركية، وتعلم المهارات الأساسية وزيادة الاحتفاظ بها. وأوصيا باعتماد هذا الأسلوب ضمن الوحدات التدريبية والتعليمية.
