الملخص

تناول الباحثين في الفصل الأول أهمية البحث وهي معرفة التنسيق الكشفي ودوره في تعزيز العمل الجماعي في الأقسام الكشفية والمدرسية بشكل خاص وفي الحركة الكشفية بشكل عام ، أما مشكلة البحث، فقد تبلورت من خلال ملاحظة الباحثان وجود تباين في مستويات التنسيق الكشفي واللوجستي والفني بين الوحدات الكشفية، مما أدى في بعض الأحيان إلى تشتت الجهد الجماعي وضعف التواصل الفعال بين الأعضاء، وهذا ما دفع الباحثان لاستقصاء طبيعة العلاقة بين جودة التنسيق وفاعلية العمل الجماعي. وهدفت الدراسة إلى بناء مقياس (التنسيق الكشفي) ومقياس (العمل الجماعي) لدى القادة الكشفيين، فضلاً عن وضع درجات ومستويات معيارية لكلا المتغيرين لتشخيص الواقع الميداني بدقة  ، وفي الفصل الثاني، تم التطرق في الفصل الثاني الى اهم المصطلحات في عنوان البحث ،  أما في الفصل الثالث، فقد اتم التطرق الى منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج  الوصفي وقد تمثلت عينه البحث بالقادة في المدارس الثانوية لتربية محافظة البصرة  ، اما الفصل الرابع تم التطرق الى مناقشة النتائج ، وفي الفصل الخامس استنتج الباحثين التعرف على مستويات المقياس اما التوصيات فيوصي الباحثين بتعميم نتائج الدراسة على كافة الأقسام الكشفية والمدرسية واجراء دراسات مشابهة
