تأثير برنامج تعليمي باستخدام التصور العقلي في تعلم أداء الدفاع الافقي في سيف المبارزة للطلاب

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى إعداد برنامج تعليمي باستخدام التصور العقلي وتطبيقه على طالبات المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بجامعة المثنى، استعمل الباحثون المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين المتكافئتين، حيث شمل مجتمع البحث (130) طالباً وطالبة، وتم اختيار عينة مكونة من (49) طالبة عبر القرعة وتم تطبيق البرنامج التعليمي باستخدام التصور العقلي على المجموعة التجريبية بواقع وحدة تعليمية أسبوعياً، بالتزامن مع محاضرات الكلية. استنتج الباحثون إلى التأثير الإيجابي للبرنامج التعليمي في تعلم الدفاع الأفقي بسيف المبارزة وكذلك اوصوا الباحثون الاستفادة من المنهج ( التعليمي) المعد من قبل الباحثون في اداء المهارات الاساسية في لعبة المبارزة للطلاب
