The effect of training According to the Lactic Threshold to Develop Defensive and Offensive Performance on some Functional variables in Blood and Liver for a Young soccer Players
Main Article Content
Abstract
The aim of the research was to prepare training according to the anaerobic threshold to know its effect on developing performance endurance and some functional variables of the blood and liver. The researchers used the experimental method to suit the nature of the problem. The research sample was determined by the young players of the Eastern Football Club, numbering (18) players, who were divided into two groups (experimental and control). The researchers used the following statistical methods within the SPSS statistical package to process the research results. The researchers concluded that training according to the lactic threshold contributed to developing performance endurance, which was positively reflected on the functional variables of the blood (red and white blood cells and cortisol). The researchers recommend the necessity of adopting the test results as indicators and a guide to organize the vocabulary of training curricula.
