An analytical study of the reality of the dimensions of career maturity among workers in youth and sports forums in Basra - Dhi Qar - Maysan Governorate

Abstract
The aim of the research was to build and apply a functional maturity scale for employees in youth and sports forums in Basra Governorate - Dhi Qar - Maysan. The researchers used the descriptive approach with the survey method because it is suitable for the research objectives and the nature of the problem. The research sample was the employees of youth and sports forums in Basra Governorate - Dhi Qar - Maysan. The questionnaire was adopted as the main tool for collecting data. The statistical program (SPSS) was also adopted for the purpose of analyzing the collected data. The researchers concluded that the dimensions of functional maturity are available in the researched field. Accordingly, it was recommended that greater attention be paid to functional maturity by holding continuous development courses.
