Determine numerical indicators to measure mechanical power, work done, and predict the level of jump shooting accuracy for advanced basketball players
Main Article Content
Abstract
The aim of the research is to modify the mechanical ability test by using a device manufactured for advanced basketball players. The researchers used the descriptive approach using the survey method due to its suitability and the nature of the study problem. The research sample was advanced basketball players in Basra Club. The researchers concluded that the modified test should be adopted as an objective measurement method for measuring mechanical ability. The researchers recommend expanding scientific studies and developing different tests to measure other age groups
