Abstract
The topics of sports psychology are an important and vital aspect affecting the progress of the process of preparing and integrating the athlete in line with the requirements of achieving sports achievement, and the effectiveness of jumping over barriers is one of the difficult events in athletics and many teachers and coaches suffer a lot during their education, especially among new beginners, because there is a fear of injuries that occur during the beginnings of education, especially among female students, the experimental approach was used in a one-group manner, and the research sample was represented by students of the second stage of the impact of the conclusions Positive gradual relaxation in reducing exam anxiety among students of the second stage, and the impact of various manufactured barriers in reducing exam anxiety among students of the second stage and the effect of reducing exam anxiety in reducing the time of passing the barrier among students
