The effect of using individual competition style according to the contractual learning strategy on teaching javelin throwing effectiveness

Abstract
The aim of the research is to prepare an educational program according to the individual competition method and according to the contractual learning strategy in teaching the effectiveness of javelin throwing and to know the extent of its impact on learning the effectiveness of the javelin throw. The program was applied to a sample of third-grade students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in the College of Basic Education, Al-Mustansiriya University, as the experimental method was used to suit it and the current research conditions
As the researcher conducted the pre-tests and then the educational program was implemented, and after the end of the educational program, the researcher conducted the post-tests, and through the results of the post-tests, the researcher concluded that there was a positive effect on the experimental research group because of its use of the educational program, in the manner of individual competition according to the contractual learning strategy in teaching the effectiveness of javelin. On other age groups, as well as by using the topic under study in teaching other events and skills in various events and sports and other dependent variables
