Abstract

This research aimed to develop high-intensity training programs, tailored to the target time for speed endurance testing, using artificial intelligence (AI) techniques for 200m runners. The researcher employed an experimental design, selecting a sample of talented young athletes from the National Center for Sports Talent Development/Ministry of Youth. AI technology was utilized, relying on individual data and information from the athletes during the development and calibration of training loads. Additionally, a Polar H10 device was used. The researcher concluded that the training program implemented with AI-based training and the target time for speed endurance testing resulted in a significant improvement in the post-test results of the participants for the studied variables. The researcher recommended that coaches and those involved in the training process seriously consider using AI technology to calibrate training loads
