Abstract

The importance of this research lies in raising the performance level of bodybuilders after they undergo training using a suitable scientific method, such as cross training combined with the use of manufactured nutritional supplements (EAA). These supplements help build appropriate energy, reduce weight, and induce physical changes. The research problem stems from health issues faced by bodybuilders attempting to lose weight for competitive sports within specific weight classes. These issues are often caused by relying on training methods that may not achieve the appropriate training goals specific to this sport, potentially leading to significant health risks. The research objective is to identify the effect of cross training combined with the use of essential amino acids (EAA) on certain functional variables and weight loss in bodybuilders. The researchers used an experimental approach, and the study sample consisted of bodybuilders. After implementing the training, the most important conclusions were reached: the crossover method combined with the intake of essential amino acids (EAAs) is a successful approach in improving certain functional variables and promoting weight loss in bodybuilders. Therefore, the recommendation is to adopt the crossover method combined with the intake of essential amino acids (EAAs) as it is a successful approach in improving certain functional variables and promoting weight loss in bodybuilders.
