Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of exercises related to the specific kinesthetic intelligence method on developing the complex offensive skill (receiving with the foot - rolling - shooting) among football players under (17) years of age. The research sample consisted of (20) players from Al-Kut Sports Club, who were randomly distributed into two groups: (10) players for the experimental group and (10) players for the control group. The researchers concluded that the experimental group had a significant advantage over the control group in the post-tests, which indicates the effectiveness of the specific kinesthetic intelligence exercises in improving the complex skill performance of players under (17) years of age. The researchers recommended adopting the exercises related to the specific kinesthetic intelligence development method within the training programs for players under (17) years of age due to their positive effect on developing complex offensive skills in football.
