Abstract

This study aimed to develop exercises using blindfold glasses to improve some biomechanical variables of the first barrier and to identify the effect of these exercises on improving these variables. The experimental method was used as it was suitable for the nature of the problem. The sample consisted of two groups: an experimental group of 8 students who used the educational exercises with blindfold glasses, and a control group of 8 students. The students were photographed before and after the educational program. The required data were extracted and statistically analyzed. The researchers concluded several findings, including that the educational exercises using the glasses had a positive effect on improving the variables under study in the experimental group. They recommended using educational exercises with the glasses, diversifying the exercises, due to their positive effect on visual perception, learning, and improving biomechanical variables.
