Abstract

    Volleyball game can be considered as divisional game that requires high level of physical and skillful abilities , so we must care greatly about interdependence and integration between them especially in learning beginners because this leads to improve in educational level especially if the beginner uses the program in scientific and accurate foundations .


The Problem of the Research :


    The main skills can be considered as real ways for implementation the plans .Without these skills  the team can not do the offensive or defensive performance as required . So , the researcher wants to know the extent of comprehension the skill and the speed of learning the skill at the beginners  in the specialism school especially that there are qualified instructors performing this skill in the proper form .


The Aims of the Research :


1-Identifying The impact of curriculum at the speed of learning motor skills in Volleyball at 10-12 years old .


2-Identifying  the amount of retention rates and the evolution in the main skills in Volleyball at the sample .


The Procedures of the Research :


The researcher used the experimental method that is suitable with the problem of the research . The physical and skillful tests are limited with the age of the beginnersfor the specialism school that belong to National Center for giftedness sports  in Missan City . Their number is 20 players . The researcher chooses 16 players randomly . The players divides   into two groups each group contained 8 players .


The Results of the Research  :


1-There is an impact of curriculum at the speed of learning motor skills in Volleyball at the sample .


2-The instructors have great role in saving the players the skillswhich reflected positively on the evolution rates .


Recommendations :


1-Relying on qualified instructors in learning the learners gives good effect for educational success .


2- Following the performance of the learners through training period can be considered as good thing for knoeing the level of the players and then increasing their abilities to learn
