The effect of a rehabilitation approach for partial tear injury of the vastus medialis muscle on some types of muscular strength of football players

Abstract

The aim of the research was to: identify the effect of rehabilitation exercises for partial tear injury of the vastus femoris muscle on the types of muscle strength of football players. The experimental approach was used and a rehabilitation approach was developed for the injured and pre-post measurements. The research sample was advanced football players aged (20-25) years. The researchers concluded that the rehabilitation approach for partial tear injury of the vastus femoris muscle helped improve and develop types of muscle strength of football players. It was recommended: adopting the rehabilitation approach for partial tear injury of the vastus femoris muscle because it helps improve and develop types of muscle strength of football players.
