Abstract

The research aimed to build a scale for the role of professional contracts for female players that prevent the implementation of the professional regulations in women's football in sports clubs in Iraq. The researchers used the descriptive approach with the survey method to suit the nature of the research. The research community consists of the administrative bodies in the Iraqi sports clubs that meet the requirements for each governorate according to the Ministry of Youth and Sports' letter, which number (264) clubs. The sample was chosen intentionally and consisted of (528) administrators, as the total number of those who underwent the experiment was (235). The researchers concluded that most sports clubs are still not convinced of their role in serving both sexes. That is, males and females. The most important recommendations of the researchers are a national strategy to advance women's sports with the aim of supporting women's health and psychology and reducing the psychological pressures they are exposed to in life.
