Psychological resilience and its relationship to self-confidence For female students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Diyala

Abstract
The research aims to know the psychological resilience of female students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Diyala and to know their self-confidence and to identify the relationship between the two variables. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the correlational relations method. The research sample was selected randomly and by lottery from the second and third stage students - College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Diyala, numbering (70) students. Then the psychological resilience and self-confidence scale was applied to the sample, and the necessary statistical methods were used. Through statistical processing, the researcher concluded that there is a significant correlation between psychological resilience and self-confidence in the sample. The researcher recommends supporting the variables of resilience and self-confidence because they constitute a basic foundation for achieving high results
