Studying the obstacles to implementing the physical education lesson according to the opinion of the critical friend and the principals of intermediate schools in Fallujah District

Abstract
The research aimed to identify the obstacles to applying the physical education lesson for middle grades according to the opinion of the critical friend and school principals. The researcher used the descriptive approach that meets the purposes of this research, as the sample in the research amounted to (47) critical friend and middle grade school principals, the number of which was (83), in Fallujah district. To achieve the research objective, a questionnaire was adopted by the researcher consisting of (54) distributed to five areas: administrative, professional, technical, supervisory, environmental, capabilities and facilities. The researcher concluded that there are obstacles facing the educational process in its inputs, operations and outputs in applying the physical education lesson. The researcher recommended the necessity of coordination between the education directorates, the critical friend and school principals in preparing a sound environment that helps get rid of all obstacles to applying the physical education lesson.
