Abstract

The research aimed to identify the learning method using the stations system in some motor abilities and the accuracy of performing the smash skill in volleyball for female students. The researcher followed the experimental method by designing two equivalent groups with pre- and post-tests. The main research sample consisted of (24) female students from the third stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls during the first semester of the academic year (2023-2024). The researcher used the appropriate means, tools and devices, in addition to conducting a mini-exploratory experiment. In light of the results, the researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which were: The learning method using the stations system played a major role in improving some motor abilities and the accuracy of performing the smash skill in volleyball for female students in the experimental group. The researcher recommended the need to pay attention to adopting the learning method using the stations system in the educational process for volleyball for female students in the third stage, with an emphasis on developing the motor abilities associated with performing motor skills during the educational process.
