Comparison of Motivational Traits and Motor Response Speed Between Team and Individual Sport Players in the University of Koya Teams

Abstract

Aim of research: Achievement characteristics and its relation ship with the speed of motor response and accuracy throwing by Koya university hand ball players and to have knowledge about the relation ship between motivation characteristic and speed of motor response and accuracy throwing by Koya university hand ball players                  

 The researchers choose the sample research which was Koya university chosen hand ball players for boys, for 201000-2011.In which their number were 18 players, after disqualifying 4 players because of the medical test. Later the researchers prepared testing form for motivation characteristics in order to take the experience opinion.  Then the researcher used statistical relation ship which was mean & spss,…

Finally the researchers got the following results; the most important were the presence of relation ship between motivation characteristics         among them(motivation needs, design needs, self-confidence needs and psychiatric arrangement needs) ,presence of relation ship with speeds of response motivation and minutely throwing the ball by the Koya university handball players, but there were no relation ship between the training motivation ,the speed of motility response and minutely throwing the ball by hand ball players of university of Koya.

In the focus of results the researcher recommends these points:-

1- Taking care about motivation characteristics and body side and minutely throwing as one factor for winning and getting the best physical results.                                                                                       

2- Using the best methods for growing, developing and practicing the plan of attack and defense for those who are weak in training because it has a negative effect on them.
