Preparing a measure of psychological toughness among scout leaders in middle schools in the Basra Governorate Center

Abstract
The aim of the research was to build a scale of psychological resilience among scout leaders in middle schools in the center of Basra Governorate. The researchers adopted the descriptive approach using the survey method because it is more suitable for studying the research problem. The research sample was scout leaders in middle schools in the center of Basra Governorate. The researchers adopted the scale of psychological resilience among scout leaders. The researchers concluded that the scale of psychological resilience among scout leaders is an appropriate tool for detecting the levels of psychological resilience enjoyed by a successful leader. The researchers recommended adopting the scale of psychological resilience among scout leaders prepared by the researchers to measure the level of psychological resilience.
