Organizational identity of members of the Iraqi National Olympic Sports Federations Committees

Abstract
The current research aims to adapt the organizational identity questionnaire for members of committees in Iraqi national sports federations. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the survey method for its suitability and the nature of the current research, while the research community consisted of (27) Olympic federations and (659) committee members affiliated with the Olympic federations for the season (2023-2024) who represent members of the working committees, and the total sample consisted of (406 members). The researchers concluded the validity of the organizational identity questionnaire for members of committees in Iraqi national sports federations. Accordingly, the researchers recommended strengthening the organizational identity among members of the working committees in the Olympic federations by spreading positive values among committee members such as loyalty, dedication and sincerity in work.
