Sports between permissibility and criminalization: an analytical study of the legal and ethical dimensions

Abstract
The study aims to explore the different dimensions of this issue, by analyzing the legal and ethical aspects, and providing practical recommendations to address the challenges associated with permissibility and prohibition in the world of sports. The study community consists of all individuals and entities concerned with sports, including: Athletes, coaches, sports officials, legal experts, The study sample is randomly representative of the study community, so that it includes: Sample size: about 100 individuals from the various categories mentioned, to ensure diversity of opinions and experiences. Athletes: representing various sports (such as football, basketball, etc.). There is a need for legal reforms to protect athletes, especially in income-generating sports, where they are subject to significant exploitation without adequate compensation. The media plays a crucial role in shaping public awareness about sports, as it can promote positive values or contribute to spreading a culture of violence, which necessitates monitoring media content. Awareness and education about sports values and game ethics are essential to reduce the risks associated with some games. The recommendations were to strengthen legislation - implement awareness programs - monitor the media - encourage community dialogue - legal reforms to protect athletes - cooperation between different parties
