Abstract
Abstract: Speed is one of most important factors in success of 400 meters. excellence in this activity is due to possibility of contestant (age and training) and use of modern training methods, That trainer and runner deal with to reach development in physical and functional abilities of runner and n achieve objectives of training unit, Physical abilities have an important role in advancement and development of runner in terms of good distribution with organization of speed and knowledge of runner time pace steps. Therefore, use of training methods makes it easier for trainer to reach best performance in terms of flow along distance and ability at full speed with most that makes it relax and secure necessary energy in all stages of race.
